Our Favorite Pot Roast

Pot Roast

Ingredients:

1 –   3-5 lb. roast of your choice (rump roast works well)

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of onion soup

1 can water

 

Directions:

Spray crockpot with Pam, and place roast in it.
Sprinkle dried onion soup on top of roast. 
Add the other two soups around the roast along with the water.
Cook overnight on low.  In the morning, just stir the gravy and your entrée is done!
You can also put it on in the morning and cook for several hours according to the type of crockpot you are using.

To simplify your meal, just warm some Bob Evans mashed potatoes. 

They are wonderful!  A very easy dinner!
